We are deeply saddened that the severe flood disaster claimed the lives of many people in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
We extend our condolences to the relatives of those who lost their lives, to the friendly people and Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and wish swift recovery to the injured.
