Turkey starts selloff for 4 new power grids

Turkey started the privatization process for four power distribution grids on Monday, according to sources from the Privatization Administration, after the selloff of three grids last week that brought in more than USD 1 billion. The deadline for bids for the four grids was set at January 29, 2010.
