Istanbul, future global player in realty sector

Dunya – Avni Alkas, Turkey President of Jones Lang LaSalle, said Istanbul is the perfect candidate for becoming a global metropolis in the long run. Alkas said, “With its magnitude, scale and geographical advantages, Istanbul will gain global metropolis status in the long term. A major advantage for Istanbul is its realty infrastructure that is advanced enough to meet the requirements of a dynamic 21st century city” commented Alkas.
